Subsequent appointments tend to be more streamlined. For optimal efficiency, it’s helpful to do some basic tidying beforehand. This ensures our cleaners can concentrate on addressing dirt and dust rather than organizing belongings. If you need to change your cleaning date, please contact us at least 3 business days prior to the scheduled date, and we’ll accommodate it.

While our staff is meticulous and respectful in every space they service, occasional accidents may occur. Upon reporting to our office, we’ll reach out to you for a prompt and equitable resolution.

Your presence is not obligatory during the professional house cleaning service provided by our team. In truth, most of our clients are not on-site during the cleaning process. You have the option to provide the best way to lockup after the cleaning crew is done. Door code, garage code, lock box with a spare key, and so on.

Cancellations made within 48 hours require a 50% cleaning fee, cancellations made within 24 hours require full payment, and emergency cases will be handled individually.
